It's actually a straightforward process and very easy to accomplish since board layout as well as documentation are excellent.
Starting out with the resistors and diods...
...working you way though transistors, capacitors, ICs...
...comparing the standard MAP sensor with the MAP Daddy 4 (right):

Installed the connectors for the MS2/E board:
And finally connected it:
As of now the ECU should be able to communicate with the computer and uploaded with the firmware. I still have to connect the DENSO specific adapter board and all the car specific jumpers.
Looking very good so far and only took a few hours to get there.
